Becky Edmunds, a consultant with Flynn Heath Holt, has over 20 years of experience providing her corporate clients with executive coaching, talent management, team development, and leadership development.
She has expertise in custom-designing programs that align business strategy with senior team interaction. She has worked at The Center for Creative Leadership for over 20 years as an adjunct faculty member and coach. In addition to her work in the US, Becky’s extensive experience includes coaching C-level executives and providing leadership development and executive coaching services internationally to client companies in Asia, Europe, Latin America, and Mexico.
Prior to joining Flynn Heath Holt, Becky served as President of the Executive Coaching and Leadership Development divisions of Williams, Roberts, Young, Inc. During that time, she worked as a coach to many C-suite executives and managed large-scale organizational development projects. Prior to her tenure at Williams, Roberts, Young, Inc., she was a Vice President with Drake Beam Morin, Inc. leading career management, executive coaching, and change management programs. Becky was also the Director of the Career and Life Planning Center at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
Becky received her Master’s degree from The University of Virginia and completed post-graduate coursework in counseling and adult development at the University of Maryland.
