Over her 20-year consulting career, Candace has worked with clients including American Airlines, Citibank, American Express Bank and Arrow Electronics. Her long-term affiliation with Morgan Stanley evolved from consultant to assuming the role of Vice President of Leadership and Organizational Development where she managed leadership programs and led a large business unit through a significant change management initiative. Candace received her BS degree from the University of Tennessee.
