Diane Flynt, a consultant with Flynn Heath Holt, is an expert at both executive coaching and business development skills for women.
Diane has been working with Flynn Heath Holt since the company was formed and has been instrumental in program design and delivery. Diane has coached many women leaders, partnering with them at key junctures in their careers to prepare them for the next level in their organization. Diane relies on her professional experiences as a business person in working with her clients. As someone who had day-to-day responsibility for the financial results of her business units, she ensures her programs and coaching focus on clear results.
Prior to joining Flynn Heath Holt, Diane spent ten years at Omega Performance Corporation, the world’s largest bank training and consulting company. Diane served as Director of Retail Consulting, developing successful working relationships with banking institutions. Diane’s success was reflected in the long-term relationships she formed with her clients and the expanded sales results. Diane also built her career at Bank of America (formerly Nationsbank) progressing through several management positions. In her last position, Diane was Senior Vice President and Area Executive for Bank of America. She was responsible for small business, retail, and investment banking in the North Carolina Triad region encompassing 35 branches. Previously, Diane served as Director of Marketing Training and Director of Product Development.
Diane has been recognized with several professional awards. While at Omega Performance Corporation, she received the Outstanding Performance Award and the Client Relationship Award. At Bank of America, she was recognized with the Retail Sales Award.
Diane received her BA degree from St. Andrews College in Laurinburg, NC. She is a former board member of the JC Raulston Arboretum in Raleigh, NC. Diane co-chaired the United Way’s Alexis de Tocqueville Society in Greensboro, NC.
