Mindy Levy is a highly trained executive coach and a board member of LeanIn.org, which offers women ongoing inspiration and support to reach and exceed their goals.
She recently contributed a chapter on ‘Finding Your First Job’ to Lean In for Graduates, the new bestseller by Sheryl Sandberg. Mindy previously worked in the management consulting industry for over 20 years, the majority of which were spent at the strategy and technology consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton, where she headed the performance management and talent planning function. She also worked for the Potomac Electric Power Company and at the Human Resources Resource Organization.
Mindy holds a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The George Washington University and a business degree from the Wharton School of Business.
She received a certificate in Executive Coaching through Georgetown University. The author of numerous academic papers, Mindy has been featured in Cosmopolitan and frequently presents at professional conferences.
