Molly Beckert is a human capital consultant helping organizations to select, manage, and develop their talent.
Molly has spent over eighteen years working with organizations from non-profit to Fortune 100 companies. She has worked in various strategic human resources positions including talent acquisition, selection & assessment, talent management, and learning & development. In addition, she is a strong facilitator and has delivered numerous training seminars and teambuilding workshops. She is an executive coach and has been very effective in helping senior-level clients develop and improve their performance. Molly utilizes a full battery of assessments to identify client’s developmental needs including Hogan Assessments, 16PF, various “Big Five” personality tools, Watson-Glaser, and many others. Molly holds several certifications including Senior Professional in Human Resourses (SPHR) and Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA). Molly earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Illinois State University.
