Sharma Graham, MAMC

Sharma Graham is a leadership and executive coach who believes that everyone, regardless of leadership position or title, can lead from where and who they are, and that is when personal lives, teams, organizations and communities truly thrive.

Her passion is partnering with individuals and teams to significantly increase personal effectiveness and lead with more influence and impact.  

Sharma is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also a Certified Leadership and Talent Management Coach through the Workplace Coach Institute, a Certified Professional Coach through the Center for Coaching Certification, and has completed the core curriculum coursework of Co-Active Coaching through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). 

Sharma’s career spans communication and public relations strategy, external affairs management, and five years on the People Partnership and Coaching Team at Teach For America where she served as an internal leadership and executive coach, a strategic advisor on talent and diversity, and a leadership development facilitator.

Sharma is a graduate of Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Media Communication and the University of Central Florida with a master’s degree in Mass Communication.
